By accessing or using Try Fit (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Try Fit provides AI-powered virtual try-on tools that allow customers and shop owners to preview garments on a person’s photograph.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it when it changes.

4. Credits, Plans & Payments

Plans grant a specified number of AI try-on credits with a defined validity. Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Payment confirmations are processed manually for now; please contact support if a payment is not reflected within 24 hours.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not upload photos of minors or anyone without their consent.
• Do not upload sexually explicit, hateful, or illegal content.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the AI models or scrape results.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain the rights to images you upload. By using the Service, you grant Try Fit a limited licence to process those images to generate results for you.

7. Disclaimer

AI results are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

Try Fit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
