Refund Policy

We want every Try Fit customer to feel confident before they pay. This page explains exactly when a refund is possible, when it is not, and how to get help fast.
1. Free Trial First
Every new account receives 30 free AI try-on credits valid for 30 days. We strongly recommend testing the product on your own photos and your real garments before buying any paid plan. Once you have tried the free credits, you know exactly what you are paying for.
2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you purchase a paid plan and are unhappy with the result, you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment provided that:
- You have consumed 10 or fewer AI try-on credits from the paid plan.
- The complaint relates to a genuine quality or service issue (failed generations, incorrect billing, app not working for you).
- The request is sent from the registered account email.
Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
3. What Is Non-Refundable
- Consumed credits. Each AI try-on consumes real GPU compute, so credits that have already been used cannot be refunded.
- Plans that are more than 7 days old.
- Plans where more than 10 credits have already been used.
- Free trial credits, referral bonuses, and promotional / discounted credits.
- Charges raised due to a wrong plan being selected by the customer (please double-check before paying).
4. Failed Try-On Compensation
If a specific try-on fails because of an error on our side (server error, broken result, blank image), we will automatically credit back the lost try-on. If this does not happen within 24 hours, raise a support ticket with the date/time of the attempt and we will restore it manually.
5. Duplicate / Wrong Payment
If you were charged twice for the same plan, or paid a different amount than the plan price, write to us within 30 days with the payment screenshot. We will verify with our payment partner and refund the extra amount in full.
6. Cancellation
Try Fit plans are one-time credit packs with a fixed validity. There is no auto-renewing subscription, so there is nothing to cancel. Credits expire after the validity period mentioned on each plan.
7. How To Request a Refund
- Email us at support@tryfit.shop from your registered account email.
- Subject line: “Refund Request — <Your Name>”.
- Include the plan name, payment date, transaction ID and a short reason.
- Our team will reply within 48 working hours.
This policy may be updated from time to time. The version shown here is always the latest. By purchasing a plan you agree to the refund terms in effect at the time of payment.
